Protein shakes.... nom nom nom

Healthy eating , not a diet is the way I'm trying to lose weight and feel better..

Every morning I have a protein share for breakfast, as my mid morning snack I have yogurt and fruit, a salad with a egg and meat for lunch and snacks are usually Apple and peanut butter (Lauren Conrads fav snack) or rice cakes... nom nom..
