Its a few months since Christmas and almost time to break out the winter woolies. I am feeling a little round in the middle, a little flat and funky and its time to break out of the unhealthy rut I am in and get back to good health inside and outside.

Here is what I am going to work on this week

  • making better food choices
  • no alcohol during the week
  • less sugar
  • more tea and water
  • getting up for a walk a few times
Baby steps, lets see how I go this week..
